Attorney Christopher M. Colavecchio is a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Trained General Civil Mediator. This is a special designation earned through intensive study of the mediation process, negotiation strategies, Tennessee Civil Law, communication skills, ethics and Rule 31 requirements. Part of the training also includes the opportunity to practice the new skills learned in a mediation setting.
Since he has obtained this designation, Mr. Colavecchio is able to provide extensive civil mediation services to other lawyers who are seeking out a third-party neutral mediator for their alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceedings.
